Being in Silicon Valley we share everyone's enthusiasm for the Internet. But sometimes there is no substitute for hands-on service from someone with experience, and many products need to be tested out before you can really decide if they are right for you. At SVCC we've tried to carve out our own niche and our goal is simple: to deliver unique products and services while exceeding our customer's every expectation.

Welcome to Northern California!

Traveling to a new area to participate in a race or organized ride can be a rich and rewarding experience, but traveling with your bike can put a bit of a damper on it. Let BikeConcierge make the trip a whole lot easier and more convenient with our rental and delivery service. Alternatively, you can ship us your bike and have us build and deliver it, then handle repacking & shipping for the return trip. Spend your free time enjoying the area, not wrestling with your equipment.

What We Offer

Services vary slightly by event but in general, this is what we offer for on site support

Bike rentals delivered to/picked up from event
Ship us your bike and we'll build it, deliver, pickup, re-pack and ship it home
Race wheel and aero helmet rental (stand-alone or packaged with bike rental)
Nutrition packages per your order
Product sales and last minute repairs
Race day neutral tech support
