Reserving a bike is easy, but you need to do two things before you contact us:

• Measure your bike - Details are here. It only takes a minute but it is important - we cannot book your reservation, or even tell you if a bike is available, without this information.
• Choose when you want to pick the bike up (or have it delivered) and when you plan to return it. It is hard to book a reservation for "sometime next week". Standard shop hours are listed on the homepage, and I'm pretty flexible for times outside of those hours to meet you at the studio or deliver the bike, but it really helps if you know what you want.
• Call (408.377.7822) or email me and we'll finalize the details. Many of our clients are total cycling novices - have no fear, we can work with you to ensure the right bike shows up at the right place and time.

  Please note that you must make your $100 deposit to reserve a bike. Click here to access the online store or we can run your CC over the phone. We strongly encourage a reservation during busy summer and spring months, or if you are in town for one of the weekend cycling events that we support.

  FAQs

  If we drop off the bike before 5 p.m., or pick-up after 10 a.m. that counts as one of the rental days. Evening & early morning pickups are the norm for business travelers and those do not count as rental days. Yes, we know - depending on the time of year, you can use this to "sneak in" an extra day of riding. Don't worry, we aren't looking.

  Pedals we offer: Look Keo, Speedplay Zero, Speedplay X Series, Shimano Ultegra SPD-SL, Time ATAC, Shimano SPD (MTB pedals). Platform pedals and toe-clips also available.

  Saddles - here is the list of our saddles with options from Selle Italia, fi'zi:k, SMP, Selle Anatomica, ISM Adamo, Profile, and San Marco. If we can't match your first choice, odds are we can come close and recommend something that will work well.

  Our standard delivery area extends from Hwy 84 (the northern boundary) to Dunne road in Morgan Hill in the south. For delivery outside this area (e.g., into San Francisco), we can accommodate you for an extra charge.
